Members of the Miami-Dade County Public Schools Ethics Advisory Committee are appointed by various leadership positions from within the Dade County community. Members serve staggered terms of four (4) years each, provided that of the original members, three (3) members shall be appointed for a term of two (2) years and four (4) shall be appointed for a term of four (4) years.
